Hi, my name is Dominic Jude Savio I have been in the Call Centre Industry for the past 12 years. I joined 2D.World.Net in January 2017. I have found immense job satisfaction. The agents are hardworking and dedicated towards their work. My role as a Quality Assurance is to provide assistance and give on-going feedback to CCEs regarding their individual performance while processing calls. Feedback includes appreciation on strong areas of performance as well as guidance to improve areas of concern. Call monitoring sessions conducted for the Customer Care Executive (CCE's) to ascertain and measure call quality. Feedback is to be given as soon as possible, within the next 24 – 48 hours of monitoring. Immediate feedback is important because it allows agents to better understand where they have succeeded and where they need improvement. I will impart my talent and skills to the best of my knowledge for the progress and stability of 2D.World.Net.
